What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives with damaged packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
We will send replacements for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
What about stolen items after shipment?
Black Belt Car Care are not responsible for stolen goods. Once the carrier marked has been delivered, We recommend contacting the carrier
Do you accept returns?
All Sales are final. We only accept returns if the product is defective. Please contact us with in 48 hours of receiving product. Please contact us with your order number and a photo first.
Once inspected and approved, please allow up to 3-5 business days for a refund to be issued back to the original method of payment. We will send you the proper address to send the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
Black Belt Car Care is not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Always follow product instructions and test on a small, inconspicuous area first if concerned.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States of America.
